Anjelica Huston, an American filmmaker and actress. Known for often portraying eccentric and distinctive characters, she has earned numerous awards, such as one Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award and nominated for 3 British Academy Film Awards and six Primetime Emmy Awards. Anjelica Huston (born 7/7/1951 in Los Angeles California U.S.A.) American actress best known for her sophisticated and stylish portrayals of self-reliant women. Huston is the daughter of John Huston, a film director (hisself as the son of actor Walter Huston), and Enrica SOMA. The family moved out of California in 1953, and settled in County Wicklow. The family moved the following season to an old manor home located in County Galway. Huston lived the bulk of her childhood at the estate, which was secluded. Her father often worked away on film sets. Soma along with her children, left her father in London. Huston was a solitary pupil who was more entangled in the political upheavals of the time. She was a participant in several nuclear bomb demonstrations, as well as other things. Anna Alfieri was born in London and is an actress film maker, producer and actress. She began studying methods of acting with Teatro Primo Studio in Milan. In London she continued to further her studies by attending Richmond Drama School.
